GCS Cabins take Health and Safety very seriously. All of our staff including our site erection teams, yard staff and office staff that attend site have had Health and Safety training and are either CSCS, SSSTS and SMSTS accredited as standard.
GCS Cabins supply and remove 100's of cabins per year and prides itself on our exemplary safety record.
We aim to give peace of mind to our customers through effective Health and Safety practices.
HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ETC ACT 1974: POLICY STATEMENT
To prevent, insofar as it is reasonably practicable during the course of the work duties being undertaken, any accidental occurrence which may directly or indirectly result in:
a) Injury to any person
b) Damage to, or loss of any plant, equipment, property, materials or products
c) Delays in any processes or operation
d) Events which may otherwise be detrimental to efficiency and /or prestige
The policy is applicable to all GCS Cabins employees.
This policy will also apply to all persons having responsibilities which relate to and necessitate their presence and the execution of their duties within the areas of GCS Cabins works/premises. These persons include the following:
Employees of Sub-Contractors, Consulting Practices, The Client etc, and Self Employed persons.
The application and promotion of the Policy is the responsibility of Senior Management of this Company. Whilst duties and tasks may be delegated, the overall responsibility remains that of Senior Management.
Risk Assessments and Methgod Statements are supplied for all projects.
